THE UTTAR PRADESH PROHIBITION OF BEGGARY ACT, 1975

Section 18. Management and discipline.

Any person who is detainned in a Certified Institution under this Act shall be subject to such rules of management and discipline including the taking of manual or other work and the awarding of punishment for breach of any such rules, as may, from time to time be prescribed.
