THE UTTAR PRADESH PROHIBITION OF BEGGARY ACT, 1975
Section 29. Persons to be deemed public servants
All person empowered to perform any function by or under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section section 21 of the Indian penal Code.
