Section 23. Production of ticket or receipt by a passenger
Every passenger shall, during the course of or immediately before or after the journey, whenever required by Magistrate or an authorised employee, produce the ticket or receipt for the goods carried by him and shall for contravention of this rule be liable to the penalty provided in Section 46 of the Act.
