UTTARAKHAND DEVEPLOPMENT BOARD ACT
Section 1. Short title, extend and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board Act, 2001. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Gazette appoint in that behalf. (3) It extends to the whole of Uttarakhand.
