UTTARAKHAND DEVEPLOPMENT BOARD ACT
Section 19. Procedure
(1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on the complaint of, or upon information received from, the Board of any officer of the Board duly authorized in this behalf. (2) No court inferior to that of a magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
