UTTARAKHAND DEVEPLOPMENT BOARD ACT
Section 5. Term of office of non-official members & Directors from the Private sector
(1) A non-official member of the Board shall hold office for a period of one year at a time, renewable, by the State Government. (2) A non-official member may at any time, in writing under his hand addressed to the State Government resign his office and on such resignation being accepted, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
