Uttarakhand Green Energy Cess Act
Section 17. Authority competent to impose penalty
The collector, sub-inspectors or sub-Authority cess authorities shall be competent to impose penalty under this Act. No penalty shall, however, be imposed, unless the person/institution concerned is afforded an opportunity of being heard.
