Uttarakhand Green Energy Cess Act
Section 22. Prevention of suits
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against Collector, Sub-Inspector or Sub-Authority under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules made there under.
