The Bankers’ Books Evidence Act, 2026.
Section 6. Admissibility of electronic or digital records.
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the admissibility of an electronic or digital record of a banker’s book in evidence, shall not be denied on the ground that it is an electronic or digital record and such record shall, subject to the conditions specified in section 7, be admissible, valid and legally enforceable, as other evidence.
