THE UNITED PROVINCES INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT, 1947

Section 14. Penalty

[ 14.Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided by or under the Act for such contravention, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.]2
